I'm not really sure how to describe a Boxer, especially to someone who has not had anything to do with one before.  There are so many facets to this amazing breed that I tend to just say "they are the best dogs in the world" (which they are) but that isn't very specific.  I could do the standard blurb about Boxers but thought I would try something different! 

I think I will start with a few words that I believe help define the Boxer breed:

• Addictive, you can never have just 1 Boxer

If you decide to bring a Boxer into your family then you have to do exactly that, they have to be a family member.  Boxers do not do well when left outside, no interaction, no training and basically no love or attention.  If you want a dog you can go and say hi to once a day for 5 minutes then a Boxer is not the right dog for you.  They crave to be with us and need human interaction and inclusion into the home environment to be a well balanced dog.  Boxers are not outside 24/7 dogs.

If you love your Boxer and treat them kindly what you receive in return will be 10 fold.    Your Boxer will be a constant source of entertainment, happiness and unconditional love.

Best of all, you will have the complete adoration and devotion of the most loyal and loving friend you could ever wish for.  

How could anyone not love a Boxer?
